Friend Program Terms

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.Lamoncare.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. The Referrer’s unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except for the Referrer to obtain Qualified Referrals.

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $330 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees. Codes cannot be combined. Referred Customers may not combine any discounts obtained through their use of Refer-a-Friend program with any Offer Codes or promotions offered by Lamon. Here should be noticed: Once a Referred Customer makes a purchase over $330 (after discount), we see it as a successful referral, regardless of whether the customer used the coupon code to complete the purchase.

A $70 OFF $200 Lamon coupon code will be automatically sent to Referrer’s email as each successful referral occurred. We’ll examine the referral activity to check Referrer’s eligibility for earning the reward, and the time usually takes 30 days. During this process, once Referred Customer asked for a refund or returned the purchased item, we could see this referral as fail. And the reward coupon will not be sent to the Referrer. Once Referrers’ order value reaches $200, using this reward code, he/she can save $70 on the entire order. There is no time limit to use it. Items purchased within this order must have no other site discounts, which means they should all be full price until you apply the reward coupon. We encourage Referrers to refer as much as you can, so we don’t set upper referral limit. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Lamon’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Lamon’s sole discretion.

You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Lamon’s Refer-a-Friend program.

Lamon reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Lamon Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Lamon reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

We give top 3 referrers additional gift cards at every quarter.

At the end of quarter, we will calculate the referred revenue of everyone who joined our referral program and shared during this quarter. Top 3 referrers can get a Lamon Gift Card (10% of your referred revenue). Which means if your referred revenue reached top 3 of our site this quarter, you can get all our original reward coupons plus a Gift Card reward. There is no referral limit of this activity, you can share more to gain a gift card with larger amount.

You can earn $5 cash back for every share, the cash back reward can be accumulated for each participant, you can gain much more cash back amount by sharing the site to your friends.

You must finish a “share” activity through our referral program, the official referral channel can be found on our site ribbon, footer, heading, or referral campaign’s banner, etc. Any other referral or sharing activities not through these channels can not be regarded as a successful ticket for cash back. Once you shared, your friend is no need to purchase on our site, but please make sure your friend sign in via your personal sharing link (VERY IMPORTANT), and make sure they checked their email for receiving the reward coupon, after we examined your friend input an valid email address and received the reward coupon, we see you have a $5 cash back eligible.

Cash back order must be placed within 1 year on our site.

The maximum cash back value per person is $50 each month.

We’ll count effect sharing of each advocate at the end of each month. You’ll receive a cash refund notification message, all certified cash back will be refunded to your original payment account within 5 days after that.

Make sure the maximum cash back value per month is $50 or below, and your cash back amount does not exceed your order amount. For example, if an order amount is $30, you can not ask for a $35 cash back even your sharing number reaches 7, we’ll only give you $30 cash back.

1. About “Get $50”. Starting from December 5, 2022, our original Give $50, Get $50 campaign will be updated to Give $70, Get $70. If you shared via the “Get $50” campaign, and didn’t get rewarded or have any question regarding the reward, please contact us as soon as possible, we’ll examine this case by case.

2. About “Get $90”. Starting From December 5, 2022, our time limited offer Give $90, Get $90 will be stopped. If you shared and have not been rewarded yet, no worries, the reward coupon will be distributed on it scheduled date. (30 days after successful referral).
